Yvonne was just the perfect celebrant for our big day. She met with us multiple times, and helped us to create the most perfect wedding experience. She made it fun and stress free, and went out of her way to ensure everything was as we wanted. Highly recommended.
It’s not often that the most memorable part of a wedding for the guests is the ceremony, but Yvonne made our ceremony an exception. We planned our wedding from America and having a good celebrant was incredibly important to us. We wanted someone who could capture us, our love, our story and how special and intimate our destination wedding was for us and our guests – Yvonne did that and more. We met with Yvonne a few times before we traveled to Ireland; she spent time getting to know us and our relationship – and eventually encapsulated all of our favorite things about each other into her ceremony script. Since we aren’t from Ireland, she helped us come up with some special inclusions for our ceremony that were both Irish and “us.” We had the traditional hand fasting ceremony, and a less typical “mead ceremony” where we took shots of mead with our 45 guests! We cannot say enough good things about Yvonne – she cares about her clients and she has a way with words that will capture your love, no matter what. We laughed, we cried, we celebrated and we couldn’t have done it without her. Yvonne – thank you so much for making the most important part of our day one of the best parts. You played a massive part in making our day a dream come true and we are incredibly grateful!
We had the pleasure of having Yvonne with us on our big day. The ceremony was beautiful and so personalised. Yvonne involved both our mothers in the lighting of the candles and my son in the sand ceremony. There was so much joy and laughter throughout the ceremony our family and friends had so many lovely comments they really enjoyed it. Such a pleasure having Yvonne be our celebrant! From our zoom calls to make sure she knew our love story, to the beautiful and fun ceremony itself. It was the most unique and true to us ceremony, perfectly written! We ourselves had a wine ceremony and mixed in our speeches during it and she blended them both in so perfectly! It was lighthearted, had humour and a perfect pace that we were looking for! If I could give more stars I would!
My husband (!) and I can’t say enough amazing things about Yvonne and how special she made our day. We heard from an extraordinary amount of guests that Yvonne officiated the most personal, touching, and entertaining ceremony they had ever attended. Yvonne put some much time, thought, and effort into getting to know us as a couple and made everything feel so personal. She did such justice to our story and there wasn’t a dry eye in the house. We were able to pick and choose the elements that mattered the most to us and Yvonne offered thoughtful suggestions on how to make the day more special. She was responsive, kind, and organized. I recommend her wholeheartedly and hope that other couples (and their guests) get to experience such a wonderful memory on their wedding day!
