Farrell Building completed a house extension for me to the very highest standard. The work was completed within the time and budget agreed. We were privileged to watch Joe and his brilliant craftsmen at work. Beyond excellent. There was a very reassuring, skillful, punctual and extremely courteous crew working with Joe. They even ensured to request in advance our pets were out of the way when work likely to distress a pet was to take place, small details! Neighbours were amazed at how quick the work was moving forward and two of my neighbours have since engaged Joe and his crew to carry out extensive works. At all times Joe kept me very well informed of the sequence of work, even sending photos of key milestones of the build. Highly recommend
Joe and his team did a great job renovating the downstairs of my house recently (knocking walls, plastering, installing new kitchen, laying new flooring and painting. ) Joe was really easy to work with and he communicated regularly keeping me up to date with progress and photos. Joe and his team were very polite, friendly ,professional and tidy. I was very happy with the work which was delivered on budget and on time. I will definitely reach out to Joe and his team for my next home project!
Joe and his amazing team have just completed a studio build in the back of my garden in Dublin 8. The work was not only done to a high standard but it was done so quickly and efficiently. We had neighbours from all over asking for the builders contact detail as they couldn't believe the transformation from shed to house. Joe is well experienced and has in depth knowledge on the term and condition for new builds and building regulations. I really trusted him, his expertise and his team of lovely and respectful tradesmen. Joe was in regular contact during the build and send regular email and messaged to me to update on progress. He was helpful and made suggestions to layout and fitting but was also open to changes and different ideas. I really enjoyed working with him and he went above and beyond by taking me to showrooms to pick out the kitchen as i didn't have a car. I am very happy with my new home and would highly recommend Joe and his team for any building works. Thank a million Joe.
I’ve just had a lovely refurbishment carried out on my apartment in Crumlin by Joe. Joe was exceptionally easy to deal with, he made the whole job simple & seamless from beginning to end.
