Had a really nice brunch here. The cafe is very easy to find and offers customers inside and outside dining options. The food menu offers good choice and so does the drinks menu. Therefore, it is good for a quick snack or a light meal. The staff are really friendly and helpful.
SIX staff on duty and every single one of them behind the counter doing the best they could to ignore customers . An elderly lady came in and was sitting waiting for the queue to clear so she could go up and order - she had obvious difficulty walking or standing. She sat in a chair opposite the counter for 20 mins - I had to alert a member of staff (who in fairness was very nice) who went down and asked her what she wanted. The others just stood around either going on their phones or cleaning - (this is at lunchtime on a Saturday). Mediocre overpriced coffee. So much for kindness, so much for community.
