Received the advertised 4 week tan at a cost of €35 .Thus product didn't last a week and began coming off after 4 days was still sticky 12 hours after application. It was very disappointing, but I would not recommend.The reply received was not satisfactory as the service was advertised as a 3/4 Week tan .The pennys self tan lasts longer.
Had aromatherapy massage with Patricia and I often go for massages to Salon 15 all done by Patricia. Always have an amazing experience , so relaxing and calming. Good for the mind and body. 5 stars.
I had an amazing facial done with Patricia today followed by a great head massage.She is brilliant, I will definitely be going back to Patricia for more treatments. 5 star experience.
Truly deserving of zero stars. I was left waiting 15 mins for my appointment and when a lady asked me to go into the room for my appointment I asked who would be giving the treatment. The therapist was still painting someone’s nails so would’ve been waiting longer in the room. I decided to leave and expressed my absolute disappointment. The manager stated that the delay was caused to ‘human error’. This is laughable as it was her own ‘human error’ that led to the bad time management. Availing of beautician services is a luxury not available to everyone and to be left waiting while the therapist who was supposed to be providing the treatment was carrying out another one is simply not good enough. The manager was not nice or professional and I really felt that she was laughing in my face when I said I’d go elsewhere. My custom is obviously not important to them. Please take my advice and and don’t go here… ever! I’d like to say thanks for the apology but just to point out, this isn’t the first time I’ve been left waiting for an appointment. The manager sat in front of me for the entire 15 mins I was waiting and did not offer the explanation that the therapist was running over on a previous appointment. I only wish this would’ve been said to me at the start and the sentiment behind this statement was given to me in person, I would’ve been more understanding and not left feeling like an idiot.
