Great customer service, excellent quality jewellery for any occasion.. We got the wedding ring at Brereton, best decision ever made in regards to jewellery. They had great choices and were very helpful in choosing the right one for our special day. We got it in just a few weeks but the size wasn't quite right. Unfortunately the ring couldn't be resized so we ordered a new one just 5 weeks before the wedding. They couldn't guarantee the new one would arrive in time so they let us keep the old one just in case. Luckily we got the new ring just in time, 3 days before the wedding. We can't thank them enough.

Beautiful, spotless store.. Wonderful knowledgeable staff, so polite, friendly and professional. Sophie served me, and was particularly helpful. I had a watch face repaired, and a new battery installed, and also had some jewelry cleaned including an old family heirloom. I am delighted with the results and surprisingly with the cost! I was telling my mother about the service and then I find out that’s where my parents bought their engagement/ wedding rings too!! I will definitely be back!!

I was looking for some antique Irish jewellery and Paul was extremely knowledgeable. Nothing asked of him was too much. He was very professional, providing prompt and helpful answers to my questions. The service from start to finish was stellar, matching the delivered product. It is great to know that this type of (true) service still exists today. All in all, a great experience and I would highly recommend Brereton.

Very knowledgeable staff, they are very friendly and we're a gem to deal with. I bought an engagement ring and it was top quality and was offered a discount without even asking so I was even happier with that. We will be going back for the wedding rings soon.

I was recently looking for an engagement ring & wasn’t really finding what I was looking for locally so took a chance and popped up to Dublin for a look around. In my head I knew exactly what I wanted and definitely what I didn’t like. As I was walking towards Graftin Street I spotted Breretons and not being familiar with Dublin it was a shop I wasn’t aware of previously. As soon as I was granted entrance (you have to be buzzed in..super posh ????) and I was introduced to Cathy and then Karen I knew I’d be getting my ring there. Karen is just a gorgeous little pocket-rocket and seemed to know what I’d like even though it was different to what I had in mind. I went away to look around a few other shops just to be sure as but came back to Karen later that afternoon and knew that ring and matching wedding bands (yes I got two) were mine and a few months later they were beautifully packaged and heading home with me. My rings are just amazing and the dazzle has everyone within a ten mile radius blinded which was exactly what I wanted haha. Karen and the team at Breretons were so friendly and professional to deal with, they were never pushy and wanted me to be totally happy with my rings. They were a pleasure to deal with and I’d highly recommend them to everyone looking for something special. Ironically, when my sister was again complementing my rings last week and trying them on (I swear she’s trying to steal them!) she asked me where I bought them and couldn’t believe it was the same company she herself had purchased her engagement ring over eighteen years ago! She told me she saw several similar rings she liked but wanted to get hers from Brereton as the lady dealing with her was so nice and that’s what she did!! Thank you Karen and gang for making my shopping so much fun. Lisa, Galway.
