My first order with Shanore was lost. DPD like most couriers don't take responsibility for losing parcels. I contacted Shanore customer service and they were brilliant, they shipped a replacement ring immediately and managed to get it delivered in time for Christmas. We bought our wedding bands from here. Absolutely beautiful! Then 3 years later I lost mine in the ocean. I called Shanore and they searched our original order and were able to replace it with the same exact ring. They were very quick in sending it and it's perfect. Oh, I'm forbidden to wear my ring near any water!!
