Went here today to get a necklace for my other half. Was finding it hard to get a plain sterling necklace for men. When we went in we felt the lady helping us was really helpful, suggested different alternatives based on what we needed and we left with a happy purchase! Great service and quality of necklace, would recommend.

Lovely shop however found the lady sales assistant to be a bit abrupt. Had been looking at a necklace online and I asked her did she have any earrings to match as I wanted a set for a present. She said that the only ones she had were probably too expensive! Obviously suggesting I couldn't afford them. Needless to say I left without making a purchase and won't be going back again in a hurry
Twice I shopped here and both times it felt like a special occasion. The two gentlemen I dealt with were so professional and mannerly and you are given the experience of feeling like a very valued customer. Even held the door open and offered to polish the ring I was wearing. Really top class customer service. Thank you
