We sold our house through Auctioneera recently. They have a very efficient system in a place. Harry in the office is brilliant and helps out with anything you ask. Just don’t expect to be babysat throughout the process, it’s all online which is great and means the process is completely transparent but there’s not much contact from the estate agent throughout. They are definitely the best value out there if you’re looking to keep your costs down. Would definitely recommend Auctioneera.
Auctioneera has been a fantastic experience in selling for us. Their approach has been so professional and easy from the minute we signed up. I noticed their sign on a house that sold near my own and gave them a call. The process is seamless and the savings are significant. The photographer was brilliant to work with and gave our house the best possible chance of attracting viewers. Auctioneera hosted the viewings and we were kept updated at all times about viewers and prospective buyers. Everything is up front and open for both buyer and seller. It's a refreshing change from general auctioneer practice in Ireland. I can't recommend Auctioneera highly enough. Thank you.
Great experience overall. They are extremely thorough and helpful from start to finish. They are a far more superior operation than traditional estate agents.We have experienced both and Auctioneera is much more reasonable, better organised and has excellent customer care.
Sold my place with Auctioneera. Really happy with the service and the price I got. It’s nice and transparent for the buyers too so everyone is a winner. Would use them again. Cant give any higher praise than that.
I met Glenn and was immediately impressed with his knowledge of the market. The apartment was shown to all the interested parties and I got immediate feedback after each viewing. The bidding process ensured I got a really strong price. When the sale fell through ( no fault of Auctioneera) Glenn contacted the underbidder and organised the sale at the underbidder’s last bid. Very happy with the service and the level of fees saved.
