We've been with Howley Souhan for almost 6 years and in two different properties. I don't often write reviews but I feel it necessary in this case as over the years they have helped myself and my young family on numerous occasions. If we ever had an issue with our properties they were there promptly and always dealt with it efficiently and without delay. The whole team are professional and open to listen, help and advise when needed and on so many occasions they have alleviated stress for us when things were tough. We sadly leave their property now to take up a new chapter in our lives but If in the future we ever need an estate agents we will surely look no further than Howley Souhan. Myself and my partner have been renting with Howley & Souhan since October. Since the get go Colene has gone above & beyond for us between responding to emails to maintenance requests any issues we had were immediately dealt with. We just want to thank the team for their work we are really grateful to be renting under them as we feel safe and secure in our home thanks to them.
Really bad property management, I've been renting a property from them for a few years and they have failed to fix mold problems in the house, refused to fix broken appliances. You have to hound them to get anything fixed. They left us without a shower, as it was broken, over the Christmas a new years period and then refused to pay for the repair. The woman I delt with, Colene Faulkner is confrontational, a bully and nightmare. Very dissapointed in the service and will avoid like the plague in future.
