Ger Carr at O’Connor Estates recently handled the sale of an investment property I owned in Dublin 1. From start to finish, Ger provided a great service. Advice on staging/preparation for sale was right on the mark and the quality of photography and marketing (sales literature, positioning on the various property sales platforms etc.) was top drawer. Throughout the process, Ger kept us appraised on viewings, feedback, offers as they came in and so on. Once sale was agreed (at a price we were very happy with), Ger kept on it, coaxing buyer along, pushing my solicitor and helping smooth the path to a timely sale being completed. I’m consistently bamboozled on Daft, MyHome etc. by the number of poorly marketed properties (bad photos, wrong descriptions etc.) and have heard many stories of agents who simply forget about the property once it goes sale agreed or needlessly delay the process by not making themselves available for access by valuers, surveyors etc. None of this was the case with Ger. I felt my hand was thoroughly held throughout..! Five stars well deserved and wishing the guys in OC Estates continued success.
